This remote class will prepare REALTORS® to market and sell homes to seniors (62+), which will increase their total sales and commissions. The HECM is an FHA insured mortgage for the refinance or purchase of a home. Join us to learn how to separate myths from realities, while networking and having fun! At the end of the class, REALTORS® will be able to identify the homes that qualify for this mortgage, will know what is allowed when writing a purchase contract, and will be empowered to double their commission while selling a home at half cost!
