Check pending files for Insurance

Quick Reminder:

Check all of your pending files to verify that the Buyers have bound their insurance.  Insurance companies could lose their binding authority in our area in as little as a few days.  Be sure all buyers bind coverage ASAP and remember if anything changes or falls through the Insurance Agency can always modify everything prior to closing.
