New Clause for Closing out Permits before is now in Transaction Desk

Buyer and Seller agree that Title search will include a report on open, expired and inactive permits.  Seller agrees to close out any open, expired and inactive permits identified in the inspection report and / or title search at Seller's expense prior to closing.
