Starting today, leads for REMAX agent listings on remax.com will be processed through MAXTech Lead Concierge.
Agents always will have the first opportunity to accept these leads. If agents accept the lead within 120 minutes, they can then manage the lead as they see fit. As you know, we strongly recommend REMAX agents accept these leads within the first 15 minutes. Lead Concierge elevates the consumer experience and is a significant step in how we handle online consumer interest and, more importantly, how we turn it into closed business.
If the lead isn’t responded to within 120 minutes, it will forward to the concierge for follow-up and warming. Once deemed conversation-ready, the lead will be passed back to the listing agent. The agent can accept, opt in to MAXTech Lead Concierge (if they haven’t done so already) and work the lead. If the lead closes, the agent will pay a 30% referral fee. If the agent chooses not to accept the lead, the lead will go to another opted-in agent.
